.Glenda Peveto Dyson, 79, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital.

She was born on November 25, 1937 in Orange, TX to Clifford and Evelyn Peveto. She graduated from Little Cypress High School and attended Port Arthur College.

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Norris Joseph Dyson. Glenda leaves behind one daughter, Felicia Ann Manuel and husband Keith of Ragley; sons, Keith Dyson and wife Donna of Topsy, Mike Dyson and wife Christine of DeQuincy, Nick Dyson and wife Karen of Dixon, CA; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; one brother, Roger Peveto of Kirbyville, TX; two sisters, Donna Hoffman and husband Homer and Kay King, both of Kirbyville, TX.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents; along with three siblings, Spencer, Lloyd, and Neeta.

Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff. Visitation will be on Monday, March 27, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, from 9:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at New Ritchie Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
