Gregory Lee Hutson Obituary

Arrowsmith- Gregory Lee Hutson, 61, of Arrowsmith passed from this life to the next at 2:49 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2016 at  St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria

His memorial service will be at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2016 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington with Pastor Beryl Hackney officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Gregory was born on April 28, 1954 in Bloomington, a son to Floyd and Lois Cullsion Hutson.

Survivors include  the love of his life & domestic partner Alice Moss. They enjoyed 20 happy years together. Daughter, Amy (Jay) Semon of Decatur;  Daughters  Shawntelle of Normal, Starr of Snellville GA , Torri of Stone Mountain GA & son A.J.(Archie)of Bloomington. Brothers, Mike (Jean) Hutson of Hudson, Steve Hutson of Phoenix, AZ, Dennis (Peggy) Hutson of Normal and Mark (Ann) Hutson; a sister, Marsee (Jeff) Hutson Patterson of both of Bloomington; grandchildren, Kalin (Brittney) Durbin, Ariel, Sierra, Ivory, Kamaron & Jamarie; a great grandson, Emrik Durbin. Also surviving are five nephews and three nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary Parido.

Gregory was employed as a maintenance man at Nestle Beich for 29 years, retiring in 2009.

He was a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed sports related fire arms and competitive shooting, as well as fishing and hunting.
