Helen Elizabeth Wilcox, 77, passed away Saturday, August 19 at her home in Bryan.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 27 at Alexander United Methodist Church with Rev. Sam Cutrone officiating. Interment will follow in the Alexander Church cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church.

Helen was born in Baltimore, Maryland the daughter of John Sr. and Pauline (Ambrose) Clark. She enjoyed square dancing and was member of the Circle Squares Club. Helen was a supporter of the Brazos County Youth Livestock Show and a member of the Brazos Belles Buyers Group and the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. She was an active member of Alexander United Methodist Church and served on the Youth Fellowship Committee.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Wilcox; daughter, Bridget (Amoss) Babb; and two brothers, John Clark Jr. and George Clark.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Max "Rusty" III and Shirlene Amoss, Michael and Linette Amoss; stepson and daughter-in-law, Walter "Randy" and Sarah Wilcox; son-in-law, Martin Babb. Brother and sister-in-law: Robert and Cindy Clark; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Matt Rohe sister, Linda Raver. Brothers- and sisters-In-laws: Marie and Arby Wager, Evelyn and Bob Davis, and Mary Ruth and Bobby Rosier. Grandchildren: Max "Dusty" Amoss and wife Whitney, Nicholas Amoss, Margaret Amoss, Collin Amoss, Derek Amoss, Steven Cruthers, Shannon Reeder, Robert Michael and wife Ericka, Christy Hawkins and husband Matt, Mikayla Haske, Jessica Babb, Eric Babb and wife Jessica, Joseph Babb, Cristi (Wilcox) DiGenova and husband Kevin and Brad Wilcox and wife Sarah. Great-grandchildren: Lorilei, CJ (Leonard), Kinley, Makali, Emma, Justine, Carter, Kennedy, Isabella, Maximino, Jessica Aide, Molly, Max, Maggie and Miles.

The Family, would like to say a special thank you to, Traditions and Traditions Hospice Care, especially Peggy, Micky, Valerie, Gaila, Beth, Rick, Brad, Stanley, and Kylie as well as a special thanks to Home Instead, Erlinda, Tamisha, Madison, Kailey, Grace and the many other caregivers that gave Helen such special care in the last year of her life.
