Helene Gloria Dahlstrom of Chicago, age 100 passed away on Saturday June 18, 2016. Beloved friend of the late Donald Lockwood; dear sister of Harry Dahlstrom. Helene was of Swedish decent and was very proud of her Swedish heritage; a retired secretary from the Arts Institute and longtime resident of Smith Village. She loved the arts and treasured her worldly possessions and was an avid gardener. She would tend to her flowers with loving caring hands and the proof was in the blooms. Helene and Donald were fondly referred to "the cutest couple in the neighborhood." She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
