Mr Overton was born in Norfolk Va on September 5, 1936 and passed peacefully at his home in Washington DC on February 7, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Nola; his children Donna Cooke(Gary) and Michael Overton(Tonya); six grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers and a host of other relatives and many friends.
