Howard was born on September 20, 1932 and passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016.

Howard was a resident of Fenwick Island, Delaware at the time of passing.

He spent 20 years in the United States Air Force working in the Tactical Air Command.

Howard was married to Elizabeth.

A memorial service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday March 5 at Bishop- in Selbyville. Friends may call an hour before the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory and sent to Atlantic General Hospital Foundation 9733 Healthway Drive Berlin MD 21811.
