Barthel, Ivadene of Summit Station passed away August 11, 2016. Ivadene was born June 5th 1931 to Elbert and Flora Maynard in South Pointe, Ohio. Ivadene is a graduate of Williamson High School in Mingo County WVA. Ivadene is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years Fred "Dutch" Barthel. Ivadene is survived by her son, Steven, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A brief graveside service will be held at Glen Rest Memorial Estates on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of Central Ohio, Licking County Aging Program or Peace United Methodist Church. Arrangements are in care of at Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home.
