Jacqueline Williams passed away at age 73 in The Villages, Florida on February 21, 2017.

Jackie was born in Ogdensburg, NY, in 1944 to Jack and Sadie Smith. She was the youngest of five girls. She graduated high school from Ogdensburg Free Academy. Jackie began working as a secretary at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center. She was later promoted and transferred to the Alcohol Treatment Center. She finished her 36 year career with New York State at Riverview Correctional Facility as a Secretary to the Superintendent of Prisons.

Throughout her life she enjoyed many activities such as golfing, bowling, playing cards, softball cheerleader at Jeff Park and participating in many family gatherings. Jackie was also an avid reader and was just shy of a Life Master ranking in Bridge.

Jackie is predeceased by soul mate, Ralph, by four months. She is survived by her son David Williams and his wife Lisa and her daughter Danielle, daughter Angela Byrnes and her husband Michael and grandsons David and James. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, cousins, brother-in-law and his wife Robert and Debbie, and many wonderful friends in New York and Florida.

There will be a celebration of Ralph and Jackie's lives in Ogdensburg this Summer at the convenience of the family.
