James was a resident of Adelphi, Ohio at the time of passing.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery. Visitation at the Wellman Funeral Home Laurelville from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on April 26, 2018.
