Jean P. Klockner, 87 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday at home with her devoted family at her side. Born in Trenton, she was a long time Hamilton resident. Jean was a graduate of Trenton Central High School. She was a legal secretary to the former Superior Court Judge, the Honorable Richard J.S. Barlow, Jr. Mrs. Klockner retired from the Mercer County Court System in 1987. Jean was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who cherished the time she spent with her family. Mrs. Klockner was the daughter of the late Joseph H. and Frances P. Pfleger. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband; Richard B. Klockner and her sister Mary C. Pfleger. She is survived by her loving family, son Richard J. Klockner and his wife Mary Jo of Hamilton, NJ; three daughters, Frances K. Whitworth and her husband Howard of Hamilton, NJ, Mary Jo Klockner Thompson of Hamilton, NJ, and Margaret K. Talar and her husband Christopher of Beverly Hills, FL; grandchildren Richard Whitworth and his wife Olivia, Susanne Klockner, Sarah Zoll and her husband Robert, Thomas Klockner, Christopher Talar and his fiancée Kelly Dutko, and Matthew Talar; and great-grandson, Robert Tate Zoll. Funeral services will begin Monday, May 7 at 8:30 a.m. at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 East State Street Extension, Mercerville, NJ 08619. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may call Sunday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Saul Colonial Home.
