Jeanne Olinger died peacefully on Decemer 28, 2008. Survived by five adult children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jeanne lived many years in Culver City and later in Northridge, where she and her late husband jack, raised their six children. She was an active member of St. Gerard Majellan and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Jeanne was also a long-time booster of the Coast League and Northridge Little League. Later in life, her love of children led her into a career as a pre-school teacher, a career she embraced with great passion. She had a generous heart and opened her house to family and friends especially in their time of greatest need. Her devotion to family will be greatly missed but always remembered.
