It is with great sadness and a heavy heart, the family of Jessie Marlene Barrs announce her passing. June 29, 1931- June 16, 2019. Born in Attalla Alabama to parents Joe Berry Hayes and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Langford. A long term homemaker in Florida, she married and became a loving mother of eleven children.

Her days were always filled with family. A lover of music, she would dance to Polka, swing or country music. She also enjoyed puzzles, gardening, fishing and nature. Jessie will always be remembered for her passionate courage, moxie, giving warm nature and flashy fashion.

Jessie Marlene Barrs is survived by her loving husband Otto Welle, and her children: James Willard Barrs, Joy Lee McCandless, Linda Jean Lail, Kay Belinda Kesler, Glen Alexander Barrs, Eva Marlene Garza, Joe Lee Roy Barrs, Johnnie Stanford Barrs, twenty four grand children and many other extensively loved family members. She is predeceased by her husbands Jack Willard Barrs and Lawrence Davenport, children Marvin Ray Barrs, Judy Anne Barrs, William Clarence Barrs, sisters: Jackie, Judy, Kathleen and Mary Rose and brother Joe Lee Hayes.
