Joseph was born on August 5, 1949 and passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019.

Joseph was a resident of Niantic, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He graduated from Orville H. Platt High School in Meriden, Connecticut in 1967 and then went on to college at the University of Connecticut, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with the highest honors as well as a Masters of Business Administration.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 26 at 11:00 am, at St. Agnes Church in Niantic, Connecticut. Burial will follow the funeral at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden, Connecticut.
