Keith was born on October 31, 1958 and passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.

Keith was a resident of Arundel, Maine at the time of passing.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, July 23, 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Church, 178 Elm St., burial at St. Mary's Cemetery, 530 Elm St., luncheon at St. Joseph Church.
