Kelly was born on July 21, 1934 and passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019.
Kelly was a resident of Laurel, Mississippi at the time of passing.
After high school, he went to North West Community College, Samford University, and UAB where he received a degree in cytotechnology.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Graveside services will be at Sunset Gardens Cemetery on Wednesday at 2 p.m.
