Ken was born on June 10, 1933 and passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018.

Ken was a resident of Ashton, Idaho at the time of passing.

He grew up in Squirrel and graduated from Ashton High School.

He served as Sergeant in the U.S. Army at Ft. Lewis, Wa. and Ft. Hood, Texas, during the Korean War, garnering sharp shooter awards.

A viewing will held Saturday, Sept 1, from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, Ashton. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Graveside services with military rights will follow at the Squirrel Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Alex Lissow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made in Ken's memory to the Squirrel Cemetery, PO Box 582, Ashton, ID 83420, to go towards purchasing a bench for visitors to the cemetery.
