Kenneth Richard Alms, 55, passed away on Wednesday, December 28th at 7:13 am at Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born on April 30th 1961 to Richard and Eileen Alms.

Ken Alms grew up in Ellicott City, Maryland. He graduated from Mt. Hebron High School in Ellicott City, Maryland. After high school, he attended college at UMBC in Catonsville, Maryland where he received a bachelor's degree in computer science in 1984. He worked for the US government as a computer specialist where he worked.

Ken Alms married Linda Alms in 1986. They were happily married for 31 years. Ken Alms was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Ken Alms is survived by his spouse Linda Alms of Fulton, Maryland; his twin daughters: Christina and Cynthia Alms; his mother: Eileen Alms; and his two brothers: Steve and Bill Alms. He was preceded in death by his father: Richard Alms.

A memorial service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church at 4:00 pm on Monday, January 2nd.
