Landyn was born on November 2, 2007 in Dallas and entered into the loving arms of the Lord on March 9, 2013 at the tender age of 5. Landyn was a little roper. He loved all things Western including cows and horses. He was known as "Mudcat" on the ranch. He was a joyous little man who loved music and his sister.

He was preceded in death by his sister Raylee.

Landyn is survived by his mother Jamie Lee Dowling and his Dad Michael Willson, both of Colorado, his "Nana" and "Buelo" Dana and Michael Valderas of Mabank, his "Grampa" Calvin Dowling of Payne Springs, aunt Jennifer Reynolds of Kemp and cousin Matilyn Yarbrough of Kemp.
