Leroy Hunt born September 7 1941 passed away February 26,2012 Sunday morning at his home in Isabel. Leroy was a simple man who enjoyed doing simple things. He loved spending time with his family and working in his garden.

He is survived by his wife Patricia(Blackmon)Hunt of Isabel, two daughters Staci(Mike) Miley of Pearl MS. And Karen(Donald)Schillingof Bogalusa, two grandson's Derrick and Devin Schilling of Bogalusa, a granddaughter Ashley (Miley) Hickman, and one great-grandson Dustyn Hickman. One brother Melvin Hunt of Picayune MS, four sisters Ruth Byrd of Jackson, La., Betty(John)Erwin of Franklinton, Wanzie(Tommy)Daniel of Watson, and Linda(Ricky)Duncan of Bowling Green, and numerous nieces, nephews,cousins and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Thurman Hunt and his mother Myrtle Hunt of Enon, two brothers Charles Ray and Lillard Hunt of Enon.

Visitation will be held Wednesday February 29,2012 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.. A Memorial service will follow with Rev. Leon Hickman conducting the services. There will be no Interment services following the Memorial service. Family and friends may visit and sign our online guestbook at www.brownmcgehee.com
