Lilith Ann Sieck passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 84. Lilith was born in Trenton, New Jersey in 1933. She is survived by three beloved daughters, Camilla Trippe, Tara Galliford and Amber Tracy. In addition, she is survived by nine grandchildren, Elizabeth Trippe, Margaret Trippe, Ann Trippe, Catherine Trippe, Samantha Moser, Ryan Galliford, Michele Roche, Nate Tracy and Austin Tracy. She was preceded in death by husband Rudolph Henry Sieck Jr. and grandson William Joseph West. Lilith was greatly looking forward to the birth of two great-grandchildren who are on their way. Lilith moved from her early childhood home of Staten Island, New York to St. Petersburg, Florida in 1937, where she graduated from St. Pete High School. Lilith received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Florida and her Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. After graduating college, she moved to Orlando and began her career as a Special Education teacher, first at Forest Park School and later at Lake Silver Elementary until retirement.

Lilith was a polio survivor. She refused to be defined or limited by adversity, living independently all her life, raising a family and traveling the world. Friends, family and colleagues enjoyed her intelligence, wit, humor and kindness, quickly recognizing that she was an amazing person who just happened to never stand up.

A celebration of life will be held in the near future.
