Lillian was born on December 1, 1931 and passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.

Lillian was a resident of Shiloh, Illinois at the time of passing.

She graduated from Gallagher Memorial Hospital school of Nursing in Washington, D.C. in 1952 where she met and married her husband of 48 wonderful years, Adelbert "Dick" Burdge, Jr.

While Dick served 20 years in the United States Air Force, and Lil worked as a registered nurse, they raised eight children and lived in Washington, D.C., Ohio, Newfoundland, Mississippi, and Germany.

Visitation: Friends may visit from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 6, 2019, at St. Peter's Cathedral, Belleville, IL. Funeral: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at noon Saturday, April 6, 2019, at St. Peter's Cathedral, Belleville, IL, with Father Steven Pautler officiating. Burial will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX, at a later date.
