Linda grew up in Buffalo until, at the age of 26, she met her future husband, Alan. They moved to the Alexandria area (Vernon View Drive) in 1979. She and Alan then jet set around Europe for 7 years before settling back in Alexandria, where Linda became a prominent member in the Fort Hunt community. She began working at Hollin Meadows Elementary School in 2000, and remained for 17 years. In her role at the school, she facilitated many great events and contributed her exceptional creative talents. During Linda's tenure, she helped promote the school in numerous ways while helping countless families and teachers. She touched the lives of many with her exceptional talents and selfless nature. Her humor, smile and calming demeanor made her an invaluable member of her family and community. Linda was a loving wife and mother who is greatly missed.
