Mrs. Lynda B. Baggett, age 83, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2017. Mrs. Baggett was born on January 25, 1934 in Decatur, Georgia, a daughter to the late Lynn Brady and Virginia Harvill Brady.

Lynda was married to the love of her life, Charles Wendell Baggett for sixty-four years. Together the two had four children and worked in several churches, as Wendell served as a minister for forty years. Lynda was very devoted to her family and even more devoted to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She could easily be described as a prayer warrior; always praying for others needs before her own. In her spare time, Lynda enjoyed reading, working on puzzles, and walking. Wendell and Lynda were members of Peachcrest Christian Church. Lynda was a loving Christian, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend; she will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Along with her parents and one sister, Lynda is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Wendell Baggett, who passed away in April of this year, and one daughter, Patty Stewart.

She is survived by her three children, Cindy Westbrook, husband Joey, of Temple, Georgia, Tracy Copeland, husband Tim, of Dallas, Georgia, and Chuck Baggett, wife Laurie, of Loganville, Georgia; ten grandchildren, Jason Westbrook (Sarah), Kristin Niemeyer (James), Kaila Copeland, Cody Copeland, Zachary Baggett (Kristin), Luke Baggett, and John Baggett; four great grandchildren, Jackson Westbrook, John Westbrook, Ella Copeland, and Jacob Niemeyer; two brothers, several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends also survive.

A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Lynda B. Baggett will be held at one o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Elevate Christian Church in Hiram, GA with Chuck Baggett officiating. Interment will follow in the Kennesaw Memorial Park Cemetery in Marietta.

The family will receive friends from eleven o'clock in the morning until the time of service on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at the church.

The following gentlemen have been requested to serve as pallbearers, Zachary Baggett, Luke Baggett, John Baggett, Cody Copeland, Jason Westbrook, and James Niemeyer.

In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests that donations be made to Peachcrest Christian Church, Woodland Christian Camp, or Elevate Christian Church. Please visit to share memories and leave condolences with the family.

The funeral services for Mrs. Lynda B. Baggett have been entrusted to the care of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Parkway Kennesaw, GA 30152.
