DUBOIS, Malcolm H. Malcolm H. DuBois, 67, of Granby, beloved husband of Gloria (Zocco) DuBois, went to be with the Lord on Thursday (April 13, 2006) at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Camden, NJ, son of the late Malcolm and Marcelline (Willette) DuBois and resided in Granby for the past 38 years. He worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Machine Tool, West Hartford and served in the U.S. Army and Maine National Guard. He attended Westfield Evangelical Free Church and was an avid sailor and member of the Shennecossett Yacht Club, Groton, Simsbury R.C. Club, and the Bichon Frise Club of Southern New England. Malcolm lived an active life and had a zeal for sailing, building and flying r/c planes, painting, and absolutely loved his Bichon Frise dogs. He enjoyed working with wood and took great pride in building the family home. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Cozette DuBois of East Hartford and Tricia DuBois of East Hartland; two sons, Malcolm “Scott” DuBois and his wife Jennifer of Burlington,VT, Stephen A. DuBois and his wife Andrea of New Hartford; three grandchildren, Ryan, Heather and Alyssa; two sisters, Joan DuBois-Myers of Iowa, and Marcia and her husband Al Greer of Maine. He was predeceased by a son, Mark H. DuBois. His family will receive friends Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the Hayes-Huling & Carmon Funeral Home, 364 Salmon Brook Street, Granby. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m., at the Westfield Evangelical Free Church, 568 Southwick Rd. (Rt. 10 & 202), Westfield, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 306 Industrial Park Rd. #105, Middletown, CT 06457.
