Malcomb Lloyd James, 82, of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on March 9, 2017. He was born May 11, 1934 in Wichita Falls, TX to Eldon & Thelma James. Malcomb grew up in Wichita Falls, TX.. He played football during in high school at Wichita Falls Senior High School, when the 1952 Coyotes were undefeated in their district. Malcomb met his bride Ginger Green while visiting Sweetwater, TX.. They married December 19,1954 in Sweetwater. They lived in Wichita Falls and started their family. Malcomb worked for Whites Auto Store until he moved his family to Grand Prairie, TX in the mid 60's. Malcomb worked as a machinist for LTV until his retirement. Malcomb had many hobbies including fishing, riding his bicycle, and walking
He also enjoyed finding a garage sale bargain.

Malcomb was preceded in death by his wife Ginger of 61 years; parents, Eldon & Thelma;brothers, Robert James of Wichita Falls, Howard James of Cheshire, Oregon and John James of Cheshire, Oregon. He is survived by two sons, Gary (Karen) James of Richardson, TX, and Mark James of Grand Prairie, TX; twin granddaughters, Tracey (Josh) Greenwood of Allen, TX and Stacey (Kirt) Ruby of Allen, TX; five great grandchildren, Brooke & Max Greenwood and Sam, Emerson, & Caroline Ruby all of Allen, TX; two brothers, Earl James of Electra, Texas and Henry James of Cheshire, Oregon and
other family members and friends.

We would like to thank all the staff at Oxford Glen in Grand Prairie for taking good care of Malcomb for the last year and a half. Thank you to Envoy Hospice of Dallas for your support and care for him during the last year.

There will be a visitation at Grand Prairie Funeral Home, 733 Dalworth Street, Grand Prairie on Tuesday March 14, 2017 from 6 to 8. Funeral Services will be held at Grand Prairie Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 15, at 10:30 with the burial to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington.
