Marlene Marchesotti, A native of Stockton, passed away March 24, 2012. Born in Stockton on May 30, 1942 to the late Julio and Evelyn Carruesco. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Steven, her children, Joey (Simorn), Michael (Amanda) and Julie, her adored grandchildren, Abrianna, Dominique, Michael Jr., Milanya, Avery, and Kayla, she leaves behind her sister Lorraine Mongolo and her brother, Steve Carruesco. Marlene was a teacher for 25 years in the Stockton Unified and Lodi Unified School Districts. She loved to read, do jigsaw puzzles, gardening, and her Bunco.
Visitation will be held at DeYoung Memorial Chapel 601 N. California St., Stockton on Wed. March 28, 2012 from 10 am to 5 pm. The Rosary will be at 6 pm on Wednesday.
A mass will take place at Church of the Presentation, on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 10:30 am
Committal to follow at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery
