Mary Imogene Metzger (Morgan), age 93, of Orlando, Florida, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Mary was born November 16, 1924 in Richmond, Indiana. After meeting the love of her life while working at a floral plant in Indiana, she moved to Ohio, and then to Florida. She lived out the majority of her life in Orlando, raising her two children, Richard and Rita. She retired from the University of Central Florida after over 25 years as an Area Supervisor for Building Services.

Mary lived her life to the fullest and was always the life of the party. She dressed up for every Halloween, and during the holidays, made sure her house was bursting with Christmas spirit. She enjoyed spending time with her family, often traveling on many summer vacations with them. She never missed her bowling league or a Bunco night with her friends. Her house in Bonneville was always open to everyone, with a full pot of coffee waiting, often filled with cousins, neighbors, church family, and friends. Her feisty spirit and crazy dance moves will be missed by all.

She is predeceased by her parents, Mabel Emerick Creech and Dallas Henry Creech, Sr., her husband of over 8 years Carl LeRoy Metzger, her husband of 27 years Justice Paul Morgan, and her siblings James (Jim) Edward Creech, Edna Mae Creech, and Dallas Henry Creech, Jr. She is survived by her brother Billy Joe Creech, her two children Richard LeRoy Metzger and Rita Ann Floyd, her grandchildren Jessica DeFabrizio Rapp, Alexander Preston Floyd, and Amanda Lynne Metzger, and her great grandchildren Zachary James DeFabrizio, Lillian Marie Rapp, and Madelyn Ann Rapp.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10am at Chapel Hill Cemetery located at 2400 Harrell Road, Orlando, FL 32817.
