Sam loved fly fishing and enjoyed teaching others the craft; one week of every year he would teach at Camp Tohiglo. He was a volunteer with Prison Ministry in Washington and Cumberland Counties for 35 years. Above all other loves, was his passion for our Lord. He was a charter member of the Berean Bible Fellowship Church. Sam accepted the Lord and became a Born Again Christian in 1972. He witnessed to everyone he would meet and loved handing out gospel tracts. His favorite Bible passage was Psalm 34, which Sam would have encouraged you to read.
