GINSBERG, Myron N. "Joe" - of Lake Suzy, FL, age 86, died Friday, November 2, 2012 at Sunrise Retirement Living in West Bloomfield. Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Pastor Glen Pettigrove officiating. Burial in Montrose Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 3-7PM and Tuesday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Contribution may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or The Miracle League of Michigan.

Myron was born on October 11, 1926 in Manhattan, New York, N.Y. and raised by the late Joseph and Rose (Blaustein) Ginsberg. He was an entertainment specialist in the U.S. Army. He married Donna Beatley and she preceded him in death in 2006. Joe was a major League Baseball Player and a salesman for Jack Daniels Distillery. He enjoyed playing baseball, golfing and spending time with his friends.

Surviving are: children, Michael Hyatt of Owings, MD, Steven (Elaine) Maviglia of Midland, Sheryl (Roger) Tewkesbury of Walled Lake; many grandchildren; friends, Virgil Trucks, Leo and Dawn Fendick, and many other friends.
