Noreen (Feener) Lareau, age 55, of Fairhaven, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 in St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. She was the Life Partner of Michael Reilly of Fairhaven.

Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late George Feener and the late Nora (Smith) Feener, she was a lifelong resident of Fairhaven and a graduate of Fairhaven High School and earned her Associate's Degree from the GIA Institute in New York. Noreen was employed as a Silversmith and Gemologist for over 30 years with C & J Jewelers in Providence, RI and was an accomplished artist.

Noreen's beauty was only surpassed by the kindness and love that she gave onto others. Above all Noreen's greatest accomplishment was sharing her loving creative spirit with her children, family and friends, and most of all her grandson little Ocean blue.

In addition to her life partner, Noreen is survived by her daughter Danielle Lareau, son-in-law Jesse Sears and grandson Ocean James Sears of Dover, NH; a son Eric Lareau of New Bedford; a step son Eric Reilly, his son Derek Reilly of Fairhaven; a step-mother Jacqueline Feener of Fairhaven; a brother Aaron Feener of Fairhaven; four sisters Sharon Ulrichsen of Fairhaven, Mary Sherman of Fairhaven, Linda Jackson of Fairhaven and Ellen Cebula of Fairhaven and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Gary Feener.

Her Funeral Mass will be held, Saturday August 26, 2017 at 9am at St. Joseph Church, 74 Spring Street, Fairhaven, MA. Arrangements are under the direction of the Waring-Sullivan Home at FAIRLAWN 180 Washington St., Fairhaven, MA.
