Norman was born on January 20, 1947 and passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019.

Norman was a resident of Eldred, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Norm attended Otto-Eldred High School and graduated from Portville (N.Y.) High School, Class of 1964.

Norm enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1968 serving in Vietnam as a hospital corpsman from 1969 to 1970.

Norm was employed at the time of his death at Portville Truck in Portville, N.Y. and prior to that was employed a service manager for Terry's Automotive in Olean, N.Y. Burial will be in Myrtle Cemetery, Myrtle. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Church of God, 142 Main Street, Eldred, PA 16731; to the SPCA in Cattaraugus County, 2944 NY 16, Olean, NY 14760; McKean County SPCA, 80 Glenwood Avenue, Bradford, PA 16701; or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
