Oliver was born on November 11, 1936 and passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018.

Oliver was a resident of Parkman, Ohio at the time of passing.

He retired from the US Army after 23 years of service.

Burial will be at the Overlook Cemetery at a later date. Visitation at the Russell-Sly Family Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on January 20, 2018.
