Our Lord graced us with a love like never before.
Pascual Castruita, whom many tenderly knew him as Grandpa, was born in Fabens, Texas. Even though he was raised in California, he was proud of his Texan roots. He worked twenty years for Reliable Moving Company. He was an avid fan of WWII and sci-fi movies. He was a BIG fan of John Wayne and Sharknado movie series.
His daily routine never changed. The mornings started with country music while the coffee was brewing, then ending the evening with the 5 o'clock news and a movie. His heart was full of compassion, his mind full of wisdom, and his soul radiated with faith. Grandpa was the stronghold of the family, yet a very simple man. He was charming, humble, devoted, and never judged another. His actions were works of God. He did God's work very quietly, never boosting about what he did for others. Grandpa left us a beautiful legacy through the simplicity of his life.

Great - You are great at everything you do

Radiant - This is another way of saying to be you

Awesome - You are awesome at making scramble eggs

Nice- You're nice to whoever you meet

Dedicated - You dedicate yourself to everything

Passionate - You are the most passionate person I know

Amazing - Just keep being YOU

Grandpa,
You were the most selfless person to grace the earth. You gave your entire being to the family while never keeping anything for yourself. We saw you as our inspiration, our motivation, our shelter. Your life touched many souls and left a everlasting impression. It was a privileged to be a part of your life. Always know that the joys we shared will remain with us and through us. Your love leaves footprints in our heart. We hurt with your passing but take great comfort that you now fly with Jesus. God bless you, Grandpa.
Until we meet again
