It is with a heavy heart to announce Trish's passing away to our Lord after a short battle with cancer complicated with pneumonia.

She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and lived the majority of her life in Denver Colorado and the last 20 years in Texas. While in Colorado she started her own business which still exists today. She was a fixture in the Oil and Gas industry, being a woman in a man's industry she earned the reputation as the "go to" person on any and all seismic data questions.

She enjoyed the outdoors and loved animals especially her dog "Lucy" the Beagle. Being quite the dancer, she also sang and played piano. She loved playing games, camping, cookouts, driving fast cars, going on vacation, water skiing and spending time in her dream home in Colorado. For those she came in contact with, she always added life to the party and always had a good time. Generous to a fault, she always saw the good in people.

She was tireless in giving her time and energy to charites and causes she believed in. As a board member of the Denver chapter of the Alzheimer's Foundation she raised awareness and money in the memory of her grandmother. In addition, she supported the Morgan Adams Foundation and devoted time and energy to this charity. Some of the same Doctors that saved her from an earlier bout with cancer work with this organization.

She moved to Horseshoe Bay in 2012 from Houston. While new to Horseshoe Bay, she made friends very quickly. To all that have gotten to know her here, they had witnessed her vivacious and outgoing personality.

She is survived by her Mother and Father Janet and Shelby Dark, two brothers Jeff and Scott Dark and her husband Andy Cherne. Her zest for life was infectious and she touched so many people with her personality. She will be sorely missed by everyone that knew her.

No words can express the grief that we all share with her early passing.

She requests no flowers only donations in her name to the Morgan Adams Foundation 5303 East Evans Suite 200 Denver, CO 80222.
