Patricia B. Wilson, 63, passed away peacefully at her home in Georgetown, Texas on December 19, 2017 after a fifteen-month battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her beloved dogs and the man she loved for her entire adult life.

Pat was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to Robert and Jane Boone, greeted by her older brother Michael, and soon joined by sister Martha, and younger brother John. The four kids were a team of "little ambassadors" as they traveled the world, living in Libya, Australia, and Nigeria. Pat attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she met and married Sam Wilson. The two had three children together, Jennifer, James, and Katie.

After Pat and Sam's marriage concluded, Pat reunited with David Peterson, a man she'd known in college. Pat and David married in July 1994.

Pat had a talent and appreciation for numbers which she used in various positions in the financial sector, working for entities within the City of Austin, the City of Georgetown, and at Hope Presbyterian Church. She was a multi-faceted artist and a talented Master Gardener.

Pat is survived by her husband, David; her children: Jennifer, her husband Adam, and Jennifer's daughter Kayla; James, his wife Camille, and their children Miller and Caroline; and Katie and her partner Billy; as well as Pat's siblings, John and Marti and their families; her sister-in-law, Susan and her family; her stepsons, Eric and Keith and their families; her stepfather, Ralph Long and stepsiblings, Sue, Doug, Steve, and Kevin Long and their families; her in-laws, Linda and Jim and their families; and a wide network of extended family and friends around the world.
