The family of the late Paul McCorry would like to express their sincere thanks to those who sympathized with them in their recent bereavement. Our heartfelt thanks to the friends, neighbors, work colleagues and wider family circle who called at our home, sent Mass cards, letters and messages of sympathy and to all those from near and far who attended the funeral.
We are particularly indebted to Paul's friends from home and from the former St Michael's Grammar School, Lurgan who remembered him with love and regaled us with special memories. We are also grateful to family members and Paul's friends from Greenville South Carolina, who made the journey to Sugarland Texas, to offer us support in bringing Paul home to rest. Our sincere gratitude to Cassie Vargas from Dignity Memorial Funeral Home in Sugarland who guided and supported us with sensitivity and respect. Special thanks too to Paul's colleagues from Fluor, who attended the memorial service in Sugarland and who provided us with a special insight into Paul's professional life and the high regard in which he was held. We express thanks to Fr Declan Mulligan for the celebration of Requiem Mass in Aghagallon and to Sinead and Johnny, whose exquisite music moved and comforted us in our grief. Thanks also to Aine for the beautiful floral arrangements she provided for the house and for the chapel. Thanks to Mary and Francie from McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified way in which they carried out the funeral arrangements. We are grateful to the Ashburn for the refreshments after the funeral. As it would be impossible to thank individually all those whose kindness has brought such comfort to us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all with our sincere thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Paul's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday November 17th at 11.00am in St Patrick's Church, Aghagallon.
