Paula Kay Ferris, 60, of Millington, TN, formerly of Benton, KY, former music minister for Munford First United Methodist Church, passed away March 19, 2012 at her home.

She received her BA at Murray State University, a minister of music degree at Scarritt College, and was presently supervisor of the transcription department for Methodist University Hospital.

She is survived by her son: Joseph B. Ferris of Memphis, TN; sister: Anna Ross of Benton, KY; brothers: Bobby Ray Beale and Ronald W. Beale, both of Benton, KY; four grandchildren.

Graveside funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Unity Cemetery.

Rev. Robert Truitt will officiate

Visitation will be held at Collier Funeral Chapel between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 23, 2012.

Active pallbearers will be; Steve English, Kyle English, Nathan English, Robert Bouland, Matthew Bouland and Joey Olson.

Memorial contributions may be given to LeBonheur Children's Hospital, Le Bonheur Foundation, P.O. Box 41817, Memphis, TN 38174-1817.
