Philip Wayne O'Brien, 48 passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home on March 1st. "Phil" was born March 7th, 1965 in Panorama City, California. Phil is survived by a large and loving family, as well as many friends. His wife Laura, their twins, daughter Erin Kathryn and son Ethan Wayne, both 10. His eldest daughter Jennifer Gail 23, her son, Phil's grandson Hayden Anthony Nickolas. Phils' mother Genevieve Kelly and his siblings, sister Pam Larimer(Jeff) brother Stephen O'Brien(Patricia), and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Phil is preceded in death by his father Teddy O'Brien.

Phil was a longtime employee of the Radiation Protection Department at Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (APS) and enjoyed camping and 4-wheeling. He was also an avid fan of NASCAR and San Francisco 49'ers.

Services to mourn the passing of Phil will be held on Saturday March 8th at 1 pm. Visitation followed by Funeral Service at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd. Peoria, AZ 85381 (623)-974-3671.

A celebration of life will also be held Saturday March 8th at 6 pm at The Tin Top Bar & Grill 37900 W Salome Hwy, Tonopah, AZ (623)386-1501
