Phyllis was born on August 29, 1936 and passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018.

Phyllis was a resident of American Canyon, California at the time of passing.

She graduated from Timken Vocational High School in Canton, Ohio, in 1954.

Friends and family can pay their respects at the memorial service, officiated by Fr. Bayani Rico, on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Ascension Episcopal Church, 2420 Tuolomne St., Vallejo, California, 94589.
