Raylee was born on February 24, 2011 in Rowlett, TX and entered into the loving arms of the Lord on March 9, 2013 at the age of 2. Raylee was her Momma's little "Chipmunk". She loved shoes and playing dress up. She liked to play with her baby dolls and dance to music. Her favorite color was pink and thought everything had to have sparkles.

Raylee was preceded in death by her brother Landyn.

She is survived by her mother Jamie Lee Dowling of Sargents, CO, her father Michael Willson, "Nana" and "Buelo", Dana Valderas and Michael of Mabank, "Grampa" Calvin Dowling of Payne Springs, aunt Jennifer Reynolds of Kemp, cousin Matilyn Yarbrough of Kemp, as well as many other loving family members.
