Raymond was born on October 2, 1951 and passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018.

Raymond was a resident of Warwick, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

He was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran; and was the founder of RI Junior High School Wrestling.

at 10:45 a.m., followed by a Funeral Service in Cranston Christian Fellowship, 1114 Scituate Ave., Cranston at 12 noon. Inurnment with military honors will take place a RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
