Raymond was born on February 17, 1930 and passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018.

Raymond was a resident of Cranston, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

He also served his country during the Korean War, in the U.S. Navy.

He was predeceased by his brother Alfred Toegemann Funeral service will be Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 11:00 am at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick. Calling hours will be just prior to the service from 10:00-11: 00 am. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Potter League for Animals, 87 Oliphant Lane, Middletown, RI 02842 or Operation Stand Down Rhode Island, 1010 Hartford Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919.
