Revola Parkinson Branch, 84, of Layton UT, passed away on Nov. 10, 2017 at Fairfield Village in Layton. She was under the care of Hearts for Hospice.

Revola was born Mar. 15, 1933 in Beaver, Utah to Verda Limb and Delmar R. Parkinson, the eldest of ten children. She grew up in Beaver, Utah and attended Belknap Elementary and Beaver High schools where she learned bookkeeping, shorthand, and typing which prepared her for her secretarial career.

Revola and Willis M. Branch were married Jan. 16, 1959 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She was a legal secretary, homemaker and mother. An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she had a great love for her Savior and an abiding faith in priesthood blessings. Revola enjoyed handiwork and crochet. Some of her greatest joys were her grandchildren, her large extended family, and her many friends who shared their love and care for her over the years.

Survivors include her sons, Wilson (Angie) Branch of Broomfield, CO; and Paul (Patti) Branch of Layton, UT; sisters, Reva (Dale, Richard Swasey) Gates of West Valley, UT; Trena (Larry Walker, Garry) Walker of Beaver, UT; Mary (Keith) Koziba of Beaver, UT; brothers, Gerald (Ginny) Parkinson of Auburn, WA; Keith (Karen) Parkinson of Edmonds, WA; and 3 grandchildren, Zachary, Hunter, and Emily Branch of Layton, UT.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Willis; brothers, Gene (June) Parkinson; Varnel (Yvonne) Parkinson; and sisters, Sharon (Maurice) LeFevre; and Ardella (Bill) Ady.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, at the LDS Suntrails Ward Bldg, 2160 West Gordon Ave., Layton, UT with President Stephen Cazier officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Friday at the church. Graveside service and interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Everett, WA, on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
