Richard was born on December 23, 1939 and passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Athens, Ohio at the time of passing.

He attended Gonzaga Prep, and Gonzaga University after which his interest in English Literature and Philosophy led him towards a Masters' Degree in Linguistics.
