Richard was born on May 17, 1941 and passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Athens, Ohio at the time of passing.

He served in the Air Force from 1963 to 1967, and then earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's in Education, emphasis in Secondary School Guidance and Counseling, both from Ohio University.

Celebration of Life Service will be held for Richard, along with his twin sister, Rhea Schuster who passed away September 14, 2018, on Tuesday September 18, 2018 IN THE CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME OF NORTH OLMSTED 29150 LORAIN ROAD AT STEARNS AT 11 AM.
