Robert H. Lancer was born in Queens, NYC, NY on November 29, 1934. He grew up in Maspeth, and was the middle child of Herbert and Elsie Lancer. He had an older sister Irene, and a younger brother Walter. Robert married Jean Gibson on July 23, 1954. Their marriage lasted more than 65 years, and produced 4 children - Linda, Laureen, Jeanine and Rob. Robert was a good provider, a wonderful husband, and terrific father. Robert loved motorcycles, and went on road trips with his son, grandson, and son-in-law well into his 70's. He lived a full and happy life.

Robert died suddenly on January 2, 2020. He is survived by his loving family - wife Jean, daughters Linda, Laureen & Jeanine, son Rob, grandsons Chris & Robert, granddaughter Emily, great-grandaughter Miranda, great-great grandson Landyn, great-great granddaughter Leilah, son in law Al, son in law Jim, daughter in law Olga, granddaughter in law Lauren, great-grandson in law Randy... and cousins, other in-laws, and friends.

He is loved, and will be missed very much.
