Robert was born on October 11, 1948 and passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.

Robert was a resident of Plainfield, Ohio at the time of passing.

He was a 1966 graduate of River View High School.

Robert was married to Sharon.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home 639 Main St. Coshocton on Sunday April 10 2016 from 2:00 PM 5:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Funeral services for Pacer will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Starkey Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Plainfield Cemetery.

. Memorial contributions may be directed to the James Cancer Hospital andor Health Services of Coshocton County Hospice envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
