Robert Wayne Clouston, 57, of Valdosta died on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the South Georgia Medical Center following years of declining health. He was born on June 10, 1954 in Huntington, New York to the late John Robert Clouston and Winifred Edith Johnston Clouston. He was retired lineman for the Southern Bell Company and was of the Episcopal faith. Robert loved Lionel train sets and was an avid fan of The Beatles. Survivors include his mother, Winifred Clouston of Papallion, Nebraska; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Jo-Ann and Remer Johnson, Jr. of Valdosta, Debra and Arthur Colon of New Bern, North Carolina and Suzanne and Tom Reed of Papallion, Nebraska; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Clouston will be cremated according to his wishes and no formal services are scheduled. Carson McLane Funeral Home and McLane Crematory are serving the Clouston family.
