Ronald Jack Cain
1932 ~ 2012

Ronald Jack Cain was called home to the Lord May 1 st, 2012. He was born on Oct. 24th, 1932 in Boise, Idaho to John T. and Pansy Mae Cain. He attended Cole Elementary, Franklin Junior High, and graduated from Boise High School.
After graduating from high school, Ronald entered the U. S. Air Force, serving from 1952 -1964 in England, France, Saudi Arabia and the U.S. He married Judith Hollinrake, of Boise, Idaho on May ih, 1960. Upon receiving an honorable discharge from the Air Force he went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service in Boise, working there for twenty-seven years. After retiring from the Post Office he worked part-time at the Idaho Statesman for more than ten years.
Ronald's interests revolved around his family and serving the Lord at Westside Bible Church. In addition to attending weekly services he also attended Bible studies and spent much time reading and studying the Bible on his own. He enjoyed leathercraft, woodworking, growing flowers (especially tulips), and working crossword puzzles. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, John T. and Pansy Mae, his sisters Barbara Bollinger and Joan Drane, his brothers John and Jimmy Cain, his daughter Yvonne Jenks and his granddaughter Whittnie Edwards. Survivors include his spouse of fifty-two years Judith Cain, sons Philip (Kimberly), Randy, Benjamin, and David, daughters Ronda, Jennine, and Katy, grandsons Caleb and Casey Michael, granddaughters Caroline, Hannah, and Dezzie Juniper, and his brother Bob Cain of Greensboro, Indiana and sisters Phylis Pond and Bonnie Pond of Boise, Idaho plus numerous nephews and nieces.
