Rosario was born on June 18, 1929 to Ruperto Frayres and Gabriella Frago. Rosario was raised in Talaonga, Sta. Magdalena, Sorsogon, Philippines. Rosario exchanged wedding vows with Gerardo Gallardo Gallanosa on January 25, 1958 and passed away Sunday, January 7, 2018.

We are forever grateful for her love and generosity. She had a kind and gentle soul and was always a positive inspiration to all who knew her.

Rose and her late husband Gerardo, both natives of Sorsogon in the Bicol Region, were very active and supportive members of the Bicol Club of San Diego County since the late 60's - they served as board members, major donors for many fund raisers, devotees of Penafrancia and was a regular passenger on fund raising trips to Las Vegas and local casinos. Following their examples, their children and grandchildren were also leaders and participants in the club's activities - youth group leaders, sports teams, executive officers, board and committee members, scholars, cultural and entertainment performers, and even one beauty queen.

Rose is survived by children: Jose (wife Virginia and children Kenneth; Jenna with husband Danny Jr. and their son Danny III); Gerardo (daughter Micaela); Jane (husband Homer and children Jacqueline with husband Joseph and son Chase; Felicia with husband Shawn and son Jaxson; Samantha; Alexa, expecting son Isaiah); David (wife Nancy and children Derek, Cameron, Sierra). Also survived by sister Carmen Frayres Braga; Rose is predeceased by daughter Lillian.
